摘要
本研究指出了现代篮球运动运动员的身体素质系统中,运动员的力量素质对其他素质有着重要的影响,在整个体能训练过程中,以力量分期训练为主线进行阶段划分,对专项耐力和灵敏等素质也进行相应的分期训练对提高整个体能训练的效益有着重要的意义。在整个体能分期训练过程中,要遵循供能形式、练习手段、负荷强度相一致的原则。
This essay points out, in the system of physical quality of modem basketball the power quality has a Significant impact on other qualities: Inthe entire physical course, strength training phases to be the main line has an important significance not players, training only on endurance and agility but also on the improvement of the overall effectiveness of physical training. In the whole training process, we must follow the energy supply form, practice means consistent with the principles of load intensity.
