摘要
目的:探讨健身秧歌对老年肥胖女性身体成分的影响。方法:选取58~69岁70名肥胖女性为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组(50名)和对照组(20人)。实验组进行3个月的健身秧歌锻炼,对照组不安排运动。分别检测实验组和对照组锻炼前和锻炼3个月后次日,安静空腹状态下身体成分指标。结果:实验后实验组的体重、脂肪质量、体脂百分比、脂肪分布、BMI均呈非常显著性降低(P〈0.01),而对照组实验前后无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:健身秧歌可以减少体脂百分比、脂肪质量和脂肪分布,从而降低BMI和体重,使老年人肥胖女性的身体成分发生良性改变,从而达到强身健体、安全减肥的目的。
Objective :To discuss the effects of Yangko exercise on the obesity older women' s body composition. Methods:70 healthy obesity female women aged from 58 to 70 are randomly divided into experiment group and control group. After three months Yangko exercise, in experiment group,it measured the indexes of body composition and analyzed the changing of the indexes. Results:The indexes of body composition suggest that body' s weight, fat, body fat percentage, WHR and BMI had significantly decreased. On the contrary, the control group had a significant change. Conclusion:Yangko exercise can change the obesity older women' body constitution of subjects on good side, and help them to keep fit and loss weight.
