提出了"成功青奥"的多元性评价,包括多元评价主体、多元评价体系、多元评价标准;认为青奥会的核心评估是青奥会的教育价值,基础评估是青奥会的竞赛效应,常规评估是青奥会的其他效应。南京青奥会面临的深层次挑战包括:城市形象定位的挑战;规避以往重大赛事影响的挑战;如何突出青奥会教育功能的挑战。最后提出青奥会应该注意的问题:1)青奥会的核心内容是运动竞赛活动;2)青奥会的核心角色是青少年运动员;3)青奥会的承继目标是教育青少年;4)青奥会的终极目标是促进奥林匹克可持续发展。

In this article, the diversified evaluation of ＂ Successful YOG＂ is put forward, including the diversification of evaluation subjects, evaluation systems and evaluation standards. The core of YOG evaluation lies in its educational value; the fundamental evaluation points to its competition effect; the regular evaluation is for other effects. Meanwhile, the deep -seated challenges facing Nanjing YOG are also analyzed, including positioning city image, evading the influence of previous major events and highlighting the educational function of YOG. Finally, several problems are proposed for YOG to pay attention to： I. The core content of YOG is sports competition activity; II. The core role of YOG is young athletes; III. The inherited goal of YOG is to educate the teenagers; IV. The uhimate goal of YOG is to promote the sustainable development of Olympics.
