CBA职业体育俱乐部运营状况及发展对策研究

Operation status of Chinese Professional Basketball Clubs and its countermeasures for their development

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法对我国CBA职业俱乐部运营状况进行了研究,主要围绕CBA职业体育俱乐部的企业形式、俱乐部球员的来源及收入来源、联赛的成绩、各俱乐部处在的发展阶段进行了调查,并做了纵向对比分析,指出俱乐部存在的问题。经研究得出如下结论:俱乐部的企业合作形式中独资经营已占主导地位、大多数俱乐部处于亏损状态、转会制度和选秀制度还不健全、电视转播费没有成为俱乐部的收入来源。并提出完善我国CBA职业体育俱乐部的对策,为促进我国CBA职业俱乐部的快速发展及进一步推进我国篮球职业化提供参考。

This paper probes into operation status of CBA Professional Sports Clubs by means of literature summary and questionnaire survey, focusing on investigations form of enterprises, player resources and income source of the clubs, scores in league matches, development stage. Furthermore, the paper carries out a lengthwise contrast research, pointing out the existing problems. From the above analysis, the paper concluded the following aspects： sole proprietorship has already dominated a leading position in cooperation form of clubs. Most clubs are in a deficit status; Transfer and draft systems are in need of perfection, and TV relay fees have not been a source of clubs＇ income. To improve CBA Professional Sports Clubs, the paper proposes constructive countermeasures which will play a positive role in promoting development of CBA Professional Sports Clubs and Professional Basketball.
