美国联邦政府学前教育政策的三大主题

摘要美国联邦政府在20世纪90年代后颁布的一系列学前教育政策,凸显了三大主题:扩大学前教育供应面;推进高质量的学前教育,强化教育研究;为参与学前教育的各方提供资讯。这些政策的特点秉承了美国联邦政府至20世纪中叶以来的重视学前教育的传统,也对我国目前正在进行的学前教育改革提供了有益的借鉴。
