摘要
目的:探索芪桂消症颗粒活血化瘀的作用机理。方法:用高分子右旋糖酐尾静脉注射建立大鼠血瘀模型,观察芪桂消症颗粒对血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度的影响。结果:芪桂消症颗粒能显著降低大鼠血瘀模型的全血黏度和血浆黏度、红细胞压积及红细胞刚性指数。结论:芪桂消症颗粒有改善血瘀动物模型血液高黏度状态的作用。
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of action of Qi-gui Xiao-zheng Granule on promoting blood flow to dissolve blood stasis. Method:The blood stasis models of rats were made by intravenous injection of Giant Mmolecule Dextran in vena caudalis. Then the effect of Qi-gui Xiao-zheng Granule was observed on whole blood viscosity and blood plasm viscosity in the blood stasis model of rat. Result:Qi-gui Xiao-zheng Granule could cut down whole blood viscosity,blood plasm viscosity, HCT, and erythrocyte rigidity index in the blood stasis model of rat. Conclusion : Qi-gui Xiao-zheng Granule has the effect of improving blood viscosity in the animal model of blood stasis.
