摘要
针对地铁列车底部电气元器件因堆积大量的粉尘而影响列车的正常运行,传统的除尘方案工作效率低下、工作环境恶劣、污染严重这一情况,结合地铁列车清洗机的工作特点,通过对除尘整体工作过程的分析和研究,设计出一套新型地铁除尘方案,并通过对除尘过程驱动系统的功率计算和吸尘过程风量的计算,对驱动电机和吸尘器的选型提供依据,使除尘和吸尘过程能得到相适应的配合,确保了此方案的有效性和可行性。
Subway metro will be not operated normally because there are a lot of dusts in the bottom of the electrical components. But the traditional method of removing dust program is inefficiency, and the working condition is poor, the pollution is serious. For solving this problem, according to the characteristics of subway train washing machine, the paper designed a new program of the subway removing dust through analysis and research in the whole process of removing dust. And by calculation of the power system and the air flow during vacuum cleaning, it can guide the driving motor, and select the vacuum cleaners, so that make the process of dusting and vacuuming appropriate so as to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of the programme.
