摘要
为了提高热轧带钢厚度精度,控制板形,提高带材合格率,研究了热轧带钢自动厚度控制系统的辊缝控制和AGC控制,以及为消除系统内扰动的各种补偿控制。这些自动控制技术的应用结果表明:对于厚度为1.2~4.0mm的钢板,厚度偏差小于25μm;对于厚度为4.0~10.0mm的钢板,厚度偏差小于35μm。
In order to enhance the precision of hot rolling of pass, and to control shape of strip, the paper researched strip steel thickness control and the percent the control of cleaning between the rolls and AGC control for automatic control system of hot rolling strip steel thickness as well as each kind of compensation control that the aim is to eliminate the internal disturbance. The application results of the mentioned techniques above show that the thickness deviation is less than 25 μm for thickness of steel plate from 1.2 to 4.0 mm, and less than 35 μm for thickness of steel plate from 4.0 to 10.0 mm
