摘要
电力系统发生的振荡不是短路,距离保护不应该动作,但是振荡时的电压、电流幅值发生周期性变化,有可能导致距离继电器误动作。针对该问题,为防止保护误动,研究了怎样应用振荡闭锁、解除闭锁和失步跳闸等技术解决该问题。在此基础上以美国SEL距离保护继电器为研究对象,提出了详细的振荡闭锁整定方法,以期为工程技术人员提供参考。
Oscillation produced in power system is not the short circuit. So the distance relay protection should not be acted. But when the change of voltage and current in oscillation happened periodically it might be resulted in distance relay disoperation. In order to prevent the maloperation, the paper researched that how to apply the techniques such as oscillation interlock, releasing interlock and step out tripping operation etc solves the problems. Based on the above,it took the SEL distance protection relay as the research object, and proposed the tuning method of oscillation interlock in detail so as to expect that it can provide the reference for technician.
