摘要
压力管道是石油天然气工业中的特殊设备,在管道安装中,由于施焊条件的限制,管道连接环焊缝往往存在一些焊接缺陷,错边缺陷是常见的也是难以避免的缺陷之一。文中针对环焊缝含错边缺陷的压力管道,建立有限元模型,计算管道的极限载荷。在有限元计算结果的基础上,将极限载荷拟合为管道直径、壁厚及缺陷大小的函数。数值验算表明,拟合关系公式在管径从500 mm到900 mm,壁厚从6 mm到10 mm,错边量从1 mm到5 mm范围内具有很高的精确度。
Pressurized pipe is the special equipment in the oil and gas industry. In the pipeline installation, due to welding conditions, it is difficult to avoid welding defects in the weld among which unfitness defect is a common one. In this paper, a finite element model was established and limit load analysis was performed for pressurized pipes with circumferential welds having unfitness defects. Based on finite element results, formulas for computing the limit loads were fitted as the functions of pipe diameter, wall thickness and defect size. Numerical tests revealed that the formulas are accurate enough in the range of pressurized pipes with diameter from 500mm to 900mm, wall thickness from 6mm to 10mm and unfitness defect from lmm to 5mm.
