健康行为教育对精神分裂症患者的康复作用

Rehabilitation Role of Health Behavior Education for Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨健康行为教育对精神分裂症患者康复的作用。方法 2009年1-6月,按随机数字表法将100例精神分裂症患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,在系统抗精神病药物治疗的基础上,对照组患者实施常规健康教育,观察组患者实施健康行为教育,并随访1年。采用简明精神病评定量表(brief psychiatric rating scale,BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(social disability screening schedule,SDSS)、自编服药依从性调查表及统计疾病复发率比较两组患者健康教育的效果差异。结果观察组患者1年后BPRS、SDSS评分明显降低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组患者教育前后自身比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);服药依从性及疾病复发率两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论健康行为教育能明显缓解精神分裂症患者的精神症状,对改善社会功能、提高服药依从性、降低疾病复发率、维持身心健康水平有重要作用。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation role of health behavior education for patients with schizophrenia.Methods From January to June 2009,100 schizophrenia patients were randomized into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）.Based on the systematic antipsychotic treatment,the patients in the control group underwent general health education,and the health behavior education was implemented in the observation group with one-year follow-up.The differences of the effects of health education were compared by using brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS）,self-designed medication compliance scale and the disease recurrence rates between the two groups.Results After one year＇s treatment,the BPRS and SDSS scores in the observation group were significantly decreased than those in the control group（P0.01）.Significant differences were observed in the self-comparison before and after health education（P0.01）;Significant differences were also observed in the medication compliance rate and recurrence rate between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Health behavior education can relieve psychotic symptoms in schizophrenia patients,which plays an vital role in improving social function and medication compliance,reducing relapse rate and maintaining physical and mental health level.
