飞行人员椎间盘突出症院内院外健康教育模式的应用效果

Effects of Nosocomial and Community Health Education Mode in Flight Persennel with Disc Herniation

目的探讨飞行人员椎间盘突出症院内院外一体化健康教育模式的应用效果。方法对54例飞行人员椎间盘突出症患者进行健康教育,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组各27例。两组住院期间均接受住院健康教育,观察组在出院后继续接受院外健康干预。采用自行设计的调查表进行跟踪调查并评价效果。结果两组患者的健康知识掌握情况、行为改变、满意度的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组疾病复发率小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论院内院外健康教育服务对提高飞行人员自我保健意识、建立其良好的遵医行为、减少重复住院有着十分重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effects of nosocomial and community health education model in pilots with disc herniation.Methods Fifty-four pilots with disc herniation undergoing the health education were equally divided into experimental group and control group according to the hospitalization sequence.All the patients underwent health education during hospitalization.Further,the patients in the experimental group received additional health intervention after discharge.Then questionnaires were designed to evaluate the outcomes.Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the mastering levels of the basic knowledge,behavior changes and the recurrence rates（P0.01）.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Nosocomial and community health education plays an essential role in raising the awareness of patient＇s self-care,establishing good compliance behavior and reducing re-hospitalization rates.
