化疗患者化疗相关知识掌握情况的调查

A Survey of Chemotherapy Knowledge of Hospitalized Oncology Patients

目的调查化疗患者化疗相关知识的掌握情况,以期为护理人员更有针对性地开展健康教育提供依据。方法采用方便抽样法选取上海复旦大学附属华山医院住院化疗患者160例,发放自行设计的调查问卷,了解患者化疗相关知识的掌握情况。结果患者对化疗前相关知识的掌握情况较好,而化疗期间和化疗后的相关知识掌握情况不理想;不同文化程度、不同化疗次数以及是否接受过医护人员相关知识指导的患者化疗知识的掌握情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人员应加强对化疗患者化疗期间和化疗后相关知识的健康教育,同时应该重视文化程度相对较低的以及初次化疗患者的健康教育,以促使其更好地配合治疗,得到更好的疗效。

Objective To study the chemotherapy knowledge of hospitalized oncology patients so as to provide basis for implementing health education for the nurses.Methods A convenient sample of 160 oncology patients who were receiving chemotherapy was surveyed using a self constructed questionnaire on the chemotherapy knowledge in the Affiliated Huashan Hospital of Fudan University.Results The pateints revealed a better knowledge of pre-chemotherapy stage.They demonstrated limited chemotherapy knowledge during and after the chemotherapy.In addition,there were statistically significant differences of chemotherapy knowledge between people with different educational background,chemotherapy frequency and whether receiving guidance of chemotherapy（P0.05）.Conclusion Nurses should attach more attention to the chemotherapy-related health education during and after the treatment.Meanwhile,patients with lower educational background deserve far more attention for better medical cooperation and therapeutic effects.
