灾害护理能力的研究现状和进展 被引量：34

摘要 《2007世界灾害报告》指出，在过去10年里灾害的发生率增加了60％，灾难造成的死亡人数也增加了一倍，灾害的威胁已成为健康保健系统面临的一个巨大挑战。护士作为灾害的重要应对者，明确自身在灾害发生各个阶段应具备的能力，不仅有助于了解自身在灾害中的角色和职责，为救灾准备和应对行为提供指导框架，还有助于灾害护理教育、培训和科研的开展。现就灾害护理能力的构成要素及国内外研究现状做一综述，以期对我国护士灾害护理能力的培养和构建提供理论依据。
