摘要
对西南稀土矿黑色风化矿泥进行了亚硫酸钠还原浸锰动力学研究,考察了浸出反应温度、矿石粒度对浸出速率的影响,求出了表观活化能为11.0kJ/mol.其浸出过程可用缩核模型描述,属于内扩散控制,其动力学方程为:
The reduction leaching kinetics of Mn from black weathered mud was investigated with sodium sulfite as reductant. The effects of reaction temperature and mud size onleaching rate were determined. The apparent activation energy for the leaching system was estimated to be 11.0 kJ/mol from experimental data. The results show that the leaching processcan be described by the shrinking core model. The leaching rate is controlled by the diffusionof reacting reagents and reaction products through a porous solid layer. An empirical equationof the leaching kinetics is established as
