摘要 针对张家峁矿业有限公司原煤运输系统存在的问题,提出了一种改进的原煤运输系统的设计方案。该方案在现有设备的基础上优化控制逻辑:101上仓胶带变频器通过Profibus与PLC通信,操作员站通过工业以太网实时了解101上仓胶带变频器的运行信息;主运胶带变频器通过DeviceNet与PLC通信;将5-2煤大巷胶带CST系统就近接入工业以太网;将主运胶带、101上仓胶带和5-2煤大巷胶带保护控制器增加相应的协议转换模块,最终实现各个保护控制器及设备的通信连接。实际应用表明,改造后的系统运行稳定、可靠,解决了原有系统中存在的问题。 In view of problems of raw coal transportation system of Zhangjiamao Mining Co., Ltd. , the paper proposed a design scheme of improved raw coal transportation system. The scheme optimizes control logic based on existing equipments, namely, frequency converter of 101 fixed belt communicates with PLC through Profibus, operator station can real-timely know running information of frequency converter of 101 fixed belt through industrial Ethernet; frequency converter of main belt communicates with PLC by DeviceNet; CST system of belt of 5^-2 coal roadway is connected with nearby industrial Ethernet; protection controllers of main belt, 101 fixed belt and belt of 5^-2 coal roadway are added with corresponding protocol conversion modules so as to realize communication of all protection controllers and equipments. The actual application showed that the reformed system runs stably and reliably, which solves problems existed in original system.
