兵团农业竞争力的测度模型及实证研究

The Measurement Model and an Empirical Study of Agricultural Competitiveness of Xinjiang Corps

随着国家对"三农"问题的战略推进,农业竞争力日益成为理论界研究的新热点。本文从实证的角度探究农业竞争力的测度方法,提出了评价农业竞争力的测度模型,认为影响农业竞争力的主要因素包括农业生产要素条件、农产品需求状况、农业经营主体竞争力和相关产业的发展状况。利用这一模型对兵团各师2009年的农业竞争力进行的实证分析结果表明,农一师的农业竞争力最强,其次是农八师、农六师,最弱的是农十四师。在今后的发展过程中,应注重提高农产品和农业产业链的科技含量,提高农业机械化水平,走农业产业化和农业综合平衡发展之路。

From the perspective of measurement methods,this paper first makes a qualitative analysis of connotations of agricultural competitiveness.And then it puts forward a theoretical model of agricultural competitiveness evaluation and employs this model to make an empirical analysis and ordering of agricultural competitiveness of each division of the Corps in 2009.The results of the study show that the strongest and weakest one in agricultural competitiveness.And it finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures.
