对新疆社科学术期刊发展的思考

Reflections on the Development of Social Sciences Periodicals in Xinjiang

新疆社科学术期刊自改革开放以来取得了很大发展,但因长期以来对社会科学研究投入少、高质量作者流失以及编辑人员整体素质不高等原因而导致新疆社科类学术刊物理论水平和学术地位不高、发行量少、社会影响力不大等问题。要提高新疆社科学术期刊办刊质量,就应从提高编辑专业素质、树立期刊精品意识、扩大发行量、引入现代办刊理念入手,以推动新疆社科学术期刊的发展。

This paper discusses the status quo of the development of social sciences periodicals in Xinjiang and reveals the subjective and objective factors that limit their development.The author holds that in order to improve the quality of social sciences periodicals in Xinjiang,it we must enhance the professional quality of editorial staff,set up top quality consciousness,increase the circulation of these periodicals and introduce modern management theories.
