摘要
对于含金银铜铅的浮选精矿,为综合回收其中的这些金属,经过多种湿法方案的对比,以氨浸脱钢-酸溶解脱铅-氰化提金工艺为优,金、银、铜、铅的回收率分别可达95%,85%,90%及98%.该工艺氧化氨浸脱铜在80℃及80kPa下操作,工艺简单,金属综合口收率高,易于工程实施,主要试剂(氨、二氧化碳及硝酸)可循环使用,对环境污染小,是一种清洁的生产工艺.
A clean process of recovering gold, silver, copper and lead from complexconcentrates is studied. This Process consists of three sections: (1) oxidation leaching of Cuin ammonia solution, (2) leaching Pb with nitric acid and (3) leaching Au, Ag with cyanide.The recovery rates of gold, silver, copper and lead are 95%, 85%, 90% and 98% respectively.Oxidation leaching of Cu in ammonia solution is operated at 80℃ and 80 kpa, with theadvantage of simple technology and easy application to industrial processing. Ammonia, carbonbioxide and nitric acid can be recycled into the process.
