摘要
重视学习、善于学习是中国共产党的优良传统,也是党在革命和建设中发展壮大的根源之一。毛泽东虽然没有提出明确的学习型政党概念,但他对"学习"理论的阐述和实践十分深刻。尤其在抗日战争时期的陕甘宁边区,毛泽东领导下的中国共产党有效结合个人与组织学习,通过建立学习制度及学习组织机构,积极开展学习竞赛,形成实事求是的学风,对建设马克思主义学习型政党提供了丰富的历史经验。
Paying attention to and being good at learning are the CPC's good traditions and also one of the sources for development and growth of the party in revolution and construction. Although Mao Zedong, did not offer a clear concept of the learning party, he elaborated on the "learning" theory. Especially in the Shanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region during the Anti-Japanese War, the CPC, with Mao Zedong as the leader, effectively combined individual and organizational learning, held study competitions, and formed a realistic style of study. These all provided plentiful historical experiences for the construction of the Marxist learning party.
