随着城市化进程的日益加快,城市社区在促进城市发展过程中起着越来越重要的作用。巢湖市凤凰山街道草城街社区近年来通过提高党员素质、实行党务财务公开、加强民主建设、塑造人文环境等,使社区党建工作取得了明显的成效,但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题。因此,必须提高认识,提升素质,创新机制,加强管理,加大投入,采取切实可行的措施,不断提高社区党建工作推动社区服务的水平。

With the acceleration of unbanization, urban communities play a more and more important role in promoting the development of cities. In recent years, the Caocheng street community of Chaohu City has achieved remarkable successes in the work of Party building by improving the quality of Party members, opening finance related to party affairs, strengthening democracy and creating a humanistic environment, but there are problems that should not be ignored. Therefore, great efforts must be made to improve people＇s quality, innovate in mechanisms, strengthen management, increase input, and take workable measures so as to constantly improve community services by strengthening the work of party building in urban communities.
