对当前云南禁毒工作的思考

Thinking on Drug Prohibition Currently of Yunnan Province

经过两轮禁毒人民战争,云南省禁毒工作得到有效加强,深入研究面临形势、厘清下步工作思路成为全省禁毒工作的当务之急。结合云南实际,进一步强化境外除源、堵源截流、信息化建设及应用、戒毒康复场所建设、禁毒宣传及毒品预防教育等重点工作。坚持综合治理,依靠党委、政府领导,动员全社会力量全力开展好全省第三轮禁毒人民战争,有效遏制毒品渗透、减轻毒品危害,维护社会和谐稳定。

Drug Prohibition issue can be reinforced effectively after undergone two rounds of the war of narcotics control. Intensive research on current issue and clearing about future work are on urgent demands of drug prohibition. According to the actual situation of Yunnan province, we should further eliminate the source of drug from overseas, eradicate sources of drugs and obstructing their channels of trafficking, accelerate information＇s construction and application, build drug addiction rehabilitation centers, propagate narcotics control and anti-drug education and so on. We should take comprehensive measures abiding governmental attention and the strength of the entire society mobilized to fully develop the third round of the people＇s antidrug war, and to prevent from illegal drug penetration and eliminate damages caused by drugs in order to construct harmonious society.
