失效模式与效应分析在降低皮试流程风险中的应用

Effect of failure mode and effects analysis used in the lower risk of skin test process.

目的:应用失效模式与效应分析,探讨降低皮试流程的风险。方法:随机选取我院2009年实施皮试的1 500例患者为对照组,2010年应用失效模式与效应分析管理模式后进行皮试的1 500例患者为观察组,对比两组皮试流程的风险值。结果:观察组皮试流程的风险值低于对照组,且观察组皮试存在高风险者的比例低于对照组。结论:失效模式与效应分析管理模式可以有效控制皮试流程风险。

Objective： Disscuss how to reduce the risk of skin test process by failure mode and effect analysis and explore.Methods： Select randomly from skin test of 1500 patients which compose control group in 2009,After apply failure mode and effect analysis management mode in 2010,take a skin test of 1500 patients composition observation group,compared the risk value of skin test process of two groups.Results： The risk value of skin test of the observation group was lower than the control group.And the high risk proportion of observation group which take skin test was lower than the control group.Conclusion： Failure mode and effect analysis management mode can effectively control the skin test process risk.
