护理干预对口内肿物全麻术后患者留置胃管效果的影响

Study on the influence of nursing intervention on gastric tubes of the patients who oral tumor operations.

目的:探讨护理干预对口内肿物全麻术后患者留置胃管效果影响。方法:选择口内肿物全麻术后需留置胃管的患者32例,按住院号的单双数分为观察组和对照组,各16例。对照组按传统方法留置胃管,观察组除按传统方法还实施护理干预。对两组患者留置胃管心理反应、置管所需时间、留置胃管的不良反应、一次置管成功率和患者的满意度等指标进行比较。结果:观察组患者主动接受此操作的心态达100%,平均置管时间短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应少于对照组(P<0.01),均一次置管成功,患者满意度93.75%,均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:口内肿物全麻术后患者留置胃管有一定难度,应用护理干预能减轻患者的刺激反应,提高一次置管成功率,有利于口内切口愈合。

Objective： To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on gastric tubes for the patients after oral tumor operations with general anesthesia.Methods： 32 patients were inserted of gastric tube after oral tumor operations with general anesthesia were divided into two groups according to their single and double admission numbers： an intervention group and a control group,16 patients in each group.The intervention group was intervened by mental nursing and the control group was no nursing intervention.The comparison included patients′s acceptance attitude,the time of insertion of gastric tube,stimulus response,achievement ratio of the first insertion of the gastric tubes and the satisfaction of patients.Results： The time of insertion of gastric tube was shorter than the intervention group（P0.05）;stimulus response was smaller in the intervention group（P0.01）;achievement ratio of the first insertion of gastric tubes and the satisfaction of patients were higher than the intervention group.Conclusion： It was a difficult technique to insert a gastric tube for a patient who suffered from an oral tumor operation with a general anesthesia.The mental nursing could reduce the patients′s stimulus response and increased the achievement ratio of the first insertion of the gastric tubes and made the wound primary healing.
