妇产科护理过程中感染相关因素及护理分析

The analysis on infection factor in department of gynaecology and obstetrics during nursing.

目的:探讨妇产科常见的感染因素和相应的护理措施。方法:对我院1 034例妇产科患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:妇科和产科感染部位为前两位的依次为呼吸道和泌尿道。妇科患者随着年龄增长,感染率逐渐升高,产科由于年龄集中,无特异性。结论:妇产科感染因素是极为复杂的,因此在护理过程中要规范操作,通过全面、科学的护理措施,尽量降低感染率。

Objective： To explore the common infection factor in department of gynaecology and obstetrics and related nursing measure.Methods： The data of 1034 cases of patients in department of gynaecology were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The first two of infection part in department of gynaecology and obstetrics was respiratory tract and urinary tract.The infection rate belonged with the age in department of gynaecology.Conclusion： The infection factor in department of gynaecology and obstetrics was complicated,so it should be standard operation during nursing,and decline the infection rate more throughout comprehensive and scientific nursing measure.
