摘要
水泥代钢是原材料发展战略研究中产生的新课题。本文运用技术经济综合评价和系统模拟的方法对此进行了分析,得出了合理的结论,并提出了有关政策建议。
Using cement as a substitute for steel is a new task emerged in researching raw material development stategy. This paper has made an analysis for it by the way of technical and economic comprehensive evaluating and system simulating, worked out a reasonable conclusion, and made some construction suggestions on the policy.
