健脾化浊饮治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病30例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 30 Cases of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated with Jianpihuazhuo Decoction

目的:观察健脾化浊饮治疗脾虚浊阻证非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例口服水飞蓟宾胶囊,治疗组30例口服健脾化浊饮,12周后,比较两组患者治疗前后血清肝酶、血脂、血糖、体质指数、胰岛素抵抗指数和肝脏B超影像的改善情况。结果:两组治疗前后各项指标均有不同程度的改善,总有效率治疗组为76.7%,对照组为63.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善血脂、体质指数、胰岛素抵抗指数等指标方面,明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:健脾化浊饮对脾虚浊阻型NAFLD有较好疗效,健脾祛湿化浊法是治疗NAFLD有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of jianpihuazhuo decoction on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 60 cases were randomized into two groups,30 cases in control group were treated with Silibinin Capsules and 30 cases of treated were prescribed with Jianpihuazhuo decoction.12 weeks later,the liver function indexes,blood-lipid metabolic situation,blood-sugar,body mass index,insulin resistant index and the B-type ultrasonic inspection of liver were observed in two groups.Results To compare with prior treatment,in post treatment all indexes in the patients of two groups are improved on different degree（P0.05,P0.01）,the improvments in blood-lipid metabolism,blood-sugar,body mass index,insulin resistant index treatment group were superior to those in control group（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Jianpihuazhuo decoction have quite clinical efficacy on NAFLD due to of Pi xu zhuo zu.
