摘要
目的:探讨黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:采用化学模拟体系测定其还原力以及清除.OH能力。结果:黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物60,40,20μg/mL浓度组能显著清除.OH自由基,并随浓度的增加而增加(P<0.01),其对羟自由基的清除作用与同等浓度的VitC相当,其还原力与浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidant effects of female periplansta fuliginosa extraction.Methods: Redecing and ·OH scavenging ability of periplansta fuliginosa were measured by the chemical simulation.Results: The aqueous extract of periplansta fuliginosa in concentration group of 60,40,20 μg/mL could significantly eliminate ·OH(P0.01) in a dose-dependent manner,female periplansta fuliginosa extraction in removing hydroxyl radical was similituded with VitC,the positive correlation(P0.01) existed between reductive capacity and concentration.Conclusion: Periplansta fuliginosa had a stong antioxidant effect in vitro.
