黑胸大蠊雌虫提取物体外抗氧化活性初探

The Antioxidant Effect of Periplansta Fuligionosa extraction in Vitro

目的:探讨黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物的体外抗氧化作用。方法:采用化学模拟体系测定其还原力以及清除.OH能力。结果:黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物60,40,20μg/mL浓度组能显著清除.OH自由基,并随浓度的增加而增加(P<0.01),其对羟自由基的清除作用与同等浓度的VitC相当,其还原力与浓度呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:黑胸大蠊雌虫水提取物具有较强的抗氧化作用。

Objective： To investigate the antioxidant effects of female periplansta fuliginosa extraction.Methods： Redecing and ·OH scavenging ability of periplansta fuliginosa were measured by the chemical simulation.Results： The aqueous extract of periplansta fuliginosa in concentration group of 60,40,20 μg/mL could significantly eliminate ·OH（P0.01） in a dose-dependent manner,female periplansta fuliginosa extraction in removing hydroxyl radical was similituded with VitC,the positive correlation（P0.01） existed between reductive capacity and concentration.Conclusion： Periplansta fuliginosa had a stong antioxidant effect in vitro.
