枸杞多糖对2型糖尿病血管内皮损伤保护作用的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:观察枸杞多糖(LBP)对2型糖尿病大鼠血管内皮功能的影响,探讨枸杞多糖对2型糖尿病血管并发症的防治意义及其机制。方法:高糖高脂喂养合并小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型,分组灌胃给予枸杞多糖及对照药物,连续8周。给药结束后检测血糖(BG)、血脂(三酰甘油TC、总胆固醇TG)、血清胰岛素(Ins)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)等指标,考察枸杞多糖对各项指标的影响。结果:枸杞多糖组TC、TG、ET均低于模型组(P〈0.05),SOD和NO均高于模型组(P〈0.05);BGI、ns、MDA均显著低于模型组(P〈0.01)。结论:枸杞多糖对2型糖尿病早期出现的血管内皮损伤有良好的保护作用,机制与其降糖、降脂、改善胰岛素抵抗及增加机体抗氧化酶活性、减轻脂质过氧化等作用有关。 Objective: To observe the LBP(LBP) in type 2 diabetic rats endothelial function,this paper discusses the influence of LBP in type 2 diabetes prevention of vascular complications significance and mechanism.Methods: High sugar and fat feed merger small doses of chain thiourea carrizo bacteria hormone(STZ) inducing preparation of type 2 diabetic rats model,grouping irrigation stomach to LBP and contrast the drug for eight weeks.After give medicine,testing glucose(BG),blood fat(TC,TG),serum insulin(Ins),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitric oxide(NO),plasma endothelin(ET) as indexes to inspect LBP to the various index effects.Results: LBP group TC and TG,ET were lower than that of the model group(P0.05),SOD and NO are higher than the model group(P0.05).BG,Ins and MDA were significantly lower than model group(P0.01).Conclusion: LBP in type 2 diabetes early appearance of vascular endothelial injury has good protection function,mechanism and sugar,fall fat,improvement of insulin resistance and increase the body antioxidant enzymes activity,reduce lipid peroxidation effect such as relevant.
