摘要
为了解决工业厂房内部设备产生结构振动过大的问题,以某热电厂多层钢筋混凝土破碎楼为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件对破碎楼结构进行模态和谐响应分析,并通过加固前现场振动实测,指出了振动过大的原因,提出了增设立柱的加固措施。通过对加固后结构的振动实测,验证了加固方法的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of the structural vibration caused by equipments in industry buildings,a coal-fired power plant broken floor is investigated.Based on mode analysis and harmonic analysis performed by ANSYS,and the field test for the original structure before treatments,the reason of vibration is found and a strengthening method is proposed.According to the results of the field test on the strengened structure,the validity of the strengthening method is verified.
