4～7岁幼儿行为问题与父母心理健康的相关研究

Study of The Correlation Between Preschool Children's Behavior Problems and the Level of Parents' Mental Health

对杭州市660名4-7岁幼儿进行行为问题的检测,采用SCL-90量表对幼儿的父母进行心理健康状况水平测试,以探讨相互间的关系.结果显示：幼儿总体行为问题检出率为15.90%,父母心理健康总分和各因子分均与幼儿行为问题总分存在着显著的正相关;从父母总体的心理健康对幼儿行为问题的回归分析看,父母的强迫、抑郁、恐怖、偏执4项心理健康的水平能较好地预测幼儿行为问题;母亲和父亲的心理健康对幼儿行为问题的回归分析表明,母亲的抑郁、偏执、恐怖能较好地预测幼儿行为问题,父亲的强迫、抑郁、恐怖、偏执、精神病症能较好地预测幼儿行为问题.

Random samples of 660 children between 4 and 7 years old in Hangzhou of Zhejiang Province have been investigated and they are measured with Achenbach＇s Children Behavior Checklist.660 parents of the children are measured for their mental health with SCL-90.The results are： 15.90% of the children have behavior problems.A positive correlation is found between the general scores of parents＇ mental symptom and the general scores of children＇s behavior problems.The regression analysis shows,parents,obsession,terror,depression and paranoia can significantly predict the children＇s behavior problems.And mothers,depression,paranoia and terror can significantly predict the children＇s behavior problems,and also the fathers,obsession,terror,depression,antipsychotic symptom and paranoia.
