中国东中西部地区能源消费强度差异研究

Energy consumption intensity difference in eastern,central and western China

能源消费强度的变动方向及影响因素备受到学术界关注,但现有文献多以国家总体水平或各省份为研究对象,对地区差异关注不足。文中应用面板协整理论,实证我国东中西部地区能源消费强度与表征经济发展的诸变量间的长期协整关系,发现能源价格、科技发展水平及重工业比重是影响各地区能源消费强度的共性因素;而经济发展规模、能源消费结构及产业结构是影响各地区能源消费强度的差别性因素,研究成果有助于地方政府根据其实际情况制定有针对性的节能政策。

The trend of energy consumption intensity and its influencing factors are focus of academia,but current literature always cares about energy consumption intensity of the whole nation or individual province,there is little study on energy consumption intensity difference in eastern,central and western China.In this paper,panel co-integration theory is employed to study regional difference in long-term relationship between energy consumption intensity and variables representing economic growth,it is found the enery price,science and technology input and ratio of heavy industry are the common factors influencing energy consumption intensity in all regions,however,economic development scale,energy consumption structure and industry structure have different inflence in eastern,central and western China.It is recommended that energy saving policy should be drawn up according to concrete conditions of different regions.
