Thought On the Development of the Theory of Efficient Ecological Economy

高效生态经济作为一种全新的发展模式,创造性地把"高效"和"生态"结合起来,实现经济发展与生态保护的"双赢"。高效生态经济的产生是伴随着人类社会步入生态文明阶段而出现的,反映了人类对人与自然关系的新思考,适应了世界和中国经济发展的新趋势。高效生态经济既属于区域经济范畴,又是一般经济范畴,其本质是促进人与自然关系的协调发展。发展高效生态经济要贯彻可持续发展的理念,明确资源高效利用和生态环境改善这条主线,抓住"转方式、调结构"这一关键,同时还要不断实现融合发展,丰富发展载体,完善政府供给体系。

As a new development model,efficient ecological economy combines both ＂efficient＂ and ＂ecology＂ creatively,thus it realizes the economic development and ecological protection of the ＂win-win＂.The generation of efficient ecological economy is accompanied by ecological civilization of human society which reflects the new thought between the relationship of man and nature,and it adapts to the new trends of the economic development both in the world and in China.Efficient ecological economy belongs to the areas of both regional economy and the economy in general,whose nature is to promote the coordinated development between man and nature.To achieve the development of efficient ecological economy,we should carry out the concept of sustainable development and use the resources efficiently so as to improve the ecological environment.The key of the development is to ＂transform the methods and adjust the structure ＂,to achieve the integration of various development,to enrich the development of the carrier,and to construct the government supply system.
