高校院系资料室专业化服务新思路

New Ideas for Specialized Service of Reference Rooms of Colleges and Departments in Universities

高校院系资料室是图书情报系统中的重要组成部分,专业化的服务是其独特的优势。但是由于各种原因,目前院系资料室也存在着诸多问题。针对这些现状,文章提出资料员应明确身份意识,高校应该给予院系资料室以充分的重视,明确其定位,改善资料员的构成,使其充分发挥专业化服务优势。

As an important part of the information management system at an academic library,the reference room of colleges and departments has its unique advantages by providing its specialized and individualized service.However,the reference room still leaves much to be desired in its service because of various causes.In view of these,besides the enhancement of their identity awareness on the part of librians,efforts must be made by the university authority to attach importance to the reference room by defining its orientation and improving the composition of librarians so as to bring into full play its spcialized and individualized service.
