山药多糖研究进展

Investigative Progress of Chinese Yam(Rhizoma dioscorea) Polysaccharide

山药是药食兼用植物,山药多糖被认为是山药中重要的活性物质。综述山药多糖的提取分离工艺、纯化方法,化学结构分析和生理活性研究的现状,为未来研究山药多糖的新提取工艺,探讨构效关系,作用机制提供参考。

Chinese yam（Rhizoma Dioscorea） was widely used as food and medicinal plants,among its composition,the polysaccharide（RDP） was considered an important active substances.This manuscript reviewed the research progress of RDP extraction and separation,purification,chemical structure analysis and physiological activity.The results presented in this manuscript may provided a novel clue for development of new extraction process,investigation of structure-activity relationship and elucidation of mechanism.
