氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高血压并动脉粥样硬化疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的比较氨氯地平联合应用阿托伐他汀钙对高血压并动脉粥样硬化患者血压、血脂、CRP及颈动脉内中膜厚度和斑块程度的影响。方法将原发性高血压并动脉粥样硬化患者120例随机分为联用组和单用组各60例,单用组使用氨氯地平5mg,1次/d;联用组在单用组基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙10mg,1次/晚,比较两组血压、血脂、CRP水平及颈动脉内中膜厚度和斑块情况。结果联用组收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-D)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)及颈动脉粥样斑块程度均显著降低,两组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙降压效果稳定并可有效抑制和延缓动脉粥样硬化。 Objective To compare the effect of combination of levamlodipin and atorvastatin calcium on blood pressure,blood fat,CRP and carotid intima-media thickness atherosis in patients with hypertension complicated with atherosclerosis.Methods 120 cases with primary hypertension complicated with atherosclerosis were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each,namely groups A and B.Patients in group A took a dose of 5mg levamlodipin each,once per day;patients in group B took a dose of 10 mg of atorvastatin each,once per night,besides the dose taken by those in Group A.Then the conditions of blood pressure,blood fat,CRP level and carotid intima-media thickness atherosis in patients of both groups were compared.Results Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-D),C-reactive protein(CRP) and carotid atherosis were significantly lowered in patients in Group B.The difference between the two groups was of statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion Combined of levamlodipin and atorvastatin is proved to be of stable effect and maybe effectively inhabit and delay atherosclerosis.
