硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠高血压41例疗效观察

Clinical study on magnesium sulfate combined with aspirin for the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.

目的探讨硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗妊娠高血压疾病的临床效果。方法选择我院2007年7月至2010年7月妊娠高血压疾病患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予25%硫酸镁每天20g静脉滴注,控制滴速为1～1.5g/h;观察组在对照组应用硫酸镁的基础上给予阿司匹林每天50mg口服。观察两组患者在治疗72h后血压、呼吸、心率、尿量等改变情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血黏度、血细胞压积、24h尿蛋白定量、S/D和RI分别与对照治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合小剂量阿司匹林能够显著改善妊娠高血压疾病患者临床症状和体征,有利于胎儿发育,临床效果显著。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with aspirin for the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods 82 cases with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy from Jul.2007 to Jul.2010 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was given 25% magnesium sulfate 20 g for intravenous drip every day,the count of drops was 1～1.5 g/h;observation group was orally taken 50 mg of aspirin every day on the basis of control group.Both groups＇ blood pressure,respiration,heart rate and urine volume were observed in 72 h.Results The total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than control group,the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）;the difference of two groups＇ blood viscosity,hematocrit,urinary protein in 24 h,S/D and RI had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of magnesium sulfate and aspirin can obviously improve patients＇ clinial symptoms and signs and helpful to fetal development.The clinical effect is obvious.
