用塑性变形和热处理方法改善球墨铸铁的组织和性能

摘要 利用热压力加工方法可生产各种球墨铸铁锻件,减少了化学成分不均匀性,形成“球状+蠕虫状+流线型”石墨的三层组织结构。由于晶粒细化和再结晶结果,基本得到强化,提高了球墨铸铁的综合性能。等温淬火处理可进一步提高球墨铸铁的机械性能。 All kinds of nodular cast iron forging can be produced by hot press work, which decreased the heterogeneity of chemical composition and formed a 3 - layer graphite microstructure with' globular + quasiflake + ichthyoid . Because of the grain refining and recrystallization, the matrix was strengthened and the synthetic properties of nodular cast iron were improved. The mechanical properties of nodular cast iron can be further improved by isothermal quenching.
