基于TCD2015单体泵柴油机的国Ⅳ试验分析

摘要 TCD2015柴油发动机是采用BOSCH控制系统的单体泵柴油机,可以达到国Ⅲ排放要求。通过对TCD2015柴油机整机进行更改预行程,改变喷油正时,减小喷油器垫等措施进行ESC摸底,探索减少排放颗粒和NOx的方法,实现机内净化,然后再加上选择性催化还原(SCR)系统对CO和CH进行处理。寻找在该机基础上达到国Ⅳ排放标准的技术可行性。 The TCD2015 diesel engine uses the BOSCH control system's electronic unit pump diesel engine, which may reach the National III Emissions request. Through carrying on to the TCD2015 diesel engine to change the pre - traveling schedule, change injection timing, reduce spraying hole pad to carry on ESC to know the real situation, the built - in purification was realized with the selectivity catalytic reduction (SCR) system treating CO and CH. It is proved feasible in technology to reach The National IV.
