美国中等职业教育资助制度的历史考察 被引量:3

摘要 考察美国中等职业教育资助制度的发展历史可知,美国中职资助制度可以划分为三个阶段:英殖民者通过相关法令对学徒制的救济阶段(17世纪初至18世纪末);州议会立法资助中等职业教育阶段(19世纪上半叶);联邦政府立法资助阶段(19世纪中期至今)。目前美国中职资助政策的范围逐步扩大,形成了以联邦政府立法资助为主、州议会立法和社会相关资助为辅的中等职业教育资助政策体系。
