摘要
本文研究了急烧过程中熟料硅酸盐矿物的形成机理,结果表明,急烧条件下,熟料中硅酸盐矿物的形成机制可能与普通方法煅烧过程中不一样。我们提出了急烧条件下硅酸盐矿物的新的形成机理。由于硅酸盐矿物形成机理不一样,这可能是急烧条件下熟料得以低温烧成的一个重要原因。
The forming mechanism of silicate mineral in clinker under rapid burning was studied with XRD. Chemical analysis and SEM-EDXA method. The results show that forming mechanism of silicate mineral under rapid burning was probably different to that under ordinary burning. Here we bring up a forming mechanism of silicate mineral under rapid burning. The different foriming mechanism of silicate mineral may be an important factor to promte the formation of clinker at lower temperature under rapid burning.
