儿科急诊心肺复苏特点及预后的回顾性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨小儿心跳呼吸骤停的病因、临床特征和影响心肺复苏预后的相关因素。方法:对我科2008年6月-2010年9月急诊心肺复苏(CPR)患儿的临床资料、心肺复苏原因及预后进行回顾性分析。结果:共有38例患儿在我科急诊进行CPR。就诊时呼吸先停的18例(47.37%),复苏成功15例(83.33%),出院时存活12例(66.67%);心跳先停的20例(52.63%),复苏成功9例(45.00%),出院时存活3例(15.00%);急诊复苏成功率和出院时存活率呼吸停止和心跳停止相比,均有显著性差异。其中发生呼吸或心跳停止时有目击者的30例(78.95%),予以院前CPR的6例(15.79%),有无目击者最终存活率没有显著差异。结论:院外呼吸或心跳停止者病死率高,尤其是心跳停止者;需要监护人学习儿科急救知识,第一时间进行抢救,以提高急诊心肺复苏成功率。
