Imaging Diagnosis of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor

目的:探讨腱鞘巨细胞瘤的影像学表现。材料与方法:回顾性分析7例经手朮及病理证实的腱鞘巨细胞瘤的影像学改变。结果:主要影像学表现是关节附近的软组织肿块/或骨的压迫或侵蝕改变。结论:根据其临床表现和X线改变特点能夠提出腱鞘巨细胞瘤的诊断。

Purpose：To explore the imaging changes of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor.Materials and Methods：The imaging findings of 7 Tenosynovial Giant Tumors patients were proved surgically and pathologically.Results：The main imaging finding are soft mass near joint and the bone compressive,aggressive change.Conclusion：Acording to the clinical appearance and the radiographic findings,the diagnosis of Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor can Be done.
