数字化变电站给继电保护专业带来的革新与挑战

Innovation and Challenge of Digital Substation to Relay Protection

目前国内数字化变电站的相关试验、验收、技术标准及管理制度等发展完善相对滞后。着眼于继电保护专业,介绍了数字化变电站关键技术在工程中的应用,对现有数字化二次系统的运行与维护、网络化二次系统的保护与控制及数字化二次系统的验收进行了阐述,总结了继电保护专业迎来的新挑战,并对继电专业技术与管理提出了新的发展要求。

At present related test, acceptance, technical standard and management system etc development and improvement for digital substation are relatively delayed. With a view to relay protection speciality, introduction was made to the application of digital substation’s key technology in project. Description was made to operation and maintenance of existing digital second system, network second system’s protection and control and acceptance of digital second system. This paper summarized that relay protection speciality is facing new challenge and new development requirements are raised for relay’s special technology and management.
