摘要 对高产油茶开展了不同无性繁殖方法的苗木质量比较研究,结果表明:长穗扦插育苗的成活率与苗木平均高生长高于短穗,但抽梢数、抽梢率则低于短穗;长穗扦插处理以生根粉浓度500 mg/L,浸入时间10 s,扦插入土1/2的成活率与抽梢率最高。扦插苗和嫁接苗适宜生产密度均为280株/m2;立地条件与管理水平影响油茶扦插苗的成活率、苗高、开花率及花苞数量;5月中旬生产嫁接苗的成活率较高,苗木生长最好;在油茶嫁接苗生产中宜清除花芽。 Effects of different vegetative propagation methods on clonal plants quality of Camellia oleifera were investigated.The results showed that the survival rate and average steckling height of the steckling propagated with long cuttings were higher than that propagated with short cuttings,but the number of new shoots and shooting rate of the steckling propagated with long cuttings were lower than that propagated with short cuttings.For long cuttings,the survival and shooting rates were the highest when treated by a regime of 500 mg/L ABT solution,10 second soaking and suitable inserting depth(half of cutting was inserted into medium).The suitable density of both cutting and grafting plants was 280 plants per square meter.The survival rate,average steckling height,the numbers of the flower and blossoming bud of the cutting plants were all affected by the site condition and management level.The survival rate of the grafting plants was the highest when they were cultivated in the middle of May.The blossoming buds should be got tidy of in the process of the grafting plants cultivating.
