摘要
表面物理与化学重点实验室拥有众多的青年科研人员,他们是决定实验室长远发展的关键因素之一。在传统激励机制效果弱化的情况下,应结合青年科研人员特点,树立以人为本的理念,通过有效构建和维护良好的心理契约,实现实验室青年科研人员的人本管理,从而激发和保持他们创新创造的激情。
National key laboratory for surface physics and chemistry is abundant of youth scientific research personnel,they are one of the key factors to determine the lab's long-term development.On condition that the effect of traditional incentive mechanism drops off,the concept of constructing a "people oriented" was put forward after the analysis of youth scientific research personnel's characters.The way to realize humanism management on them was researched in view of psychological contract,which is used for inspiring incentives.
