Study on Disease Location's Characteristics and Basic Syndrome of Five Zang-Organs System

五脏系统辨证体系的研究是以中医整体观为指导,以五脏系统为病位核心,按病性分类立证,以规范化原则体现证的基本特性,并反映证诊断的原则性与灵活性相结合的基本特点。提出以传统辨证方法实质内容为依据,通过规范常见症状、临床流行病学调查及专家意见征询,确立五脏系统病位特征与基础证,从而揭示中医辨证的基本规律和科学原理,构建五脏系统辨证体系。

The study of the syndrome differentiation of the five zang-organs system is guided by the TCM concept of organic whole.The core disease location of the system is the five zang-organs and its syndromes are classified by the nature of the disease.The basic characteristics of the syndromes are manifested by the principle of standardization.At the same time,the syndrome differentiation system of the five zang-organs reflects the basic feature of combining prinzipientreu with flexibility for syndrome diagnosis.This study,based on the substantial content of the traditional differentiated method,has determined the disease location＇s characteristic and basic syndrome of five zang-organs system,revealed the basic law and scientific principle of TCM syndrome differentiation,and structured the syndrome differentiation system of the five zang-organs,by means of common symptoms standardization,clinical epidemiological investigation,and consultation with experts.
