摘要
目前,高校人才流失现象十分严重,已经成为制约高校发展的瓶颈。薪酬水平普遍偏低,对高校管理制度的不满和失望,缺乏对教师的培训和再教育以及不和谐的人际关系等,是高校人才流失的主要因素。高校应根据实际情况,切实合理地提高教师薪酬水平,进一步完善高校管理制度,加强对教师的培训力度,改善高校内部的人际关系,为留住所需人才创造良好环境。
Now the brain drain is serious in colleges and universities,which becomes a bottleneck restricting development of colleges and universities.The main reasons leading to brain drain are lower in salaries on average,dissatisfied and disappointed with management system of colleges and universities,lack of training and further education to teachers,and unharmonious human relations.Therefore,the colleges and universities should increase salaries based on practice reasonably,further improve management system,increase training on teachers,perfect internal human relations,and create better environment for keeping talents.
