几种快速血糖仪的性能分析

Analysis on performance of several types of rapid-testing glucometers

目的对比几款快速血糖仪的主要分析性能。方法取血糖高低两浓度的标本分别在德国Glukom eter3000、罗氏优越Advantage、罗氏优越Performa3种快速血糖仪和生化仪同时检测,评价其偏移。结果 Glukometer 3000、罗氏优越Advantage、罗氏优越Perform a快速血糖仪重复性和准确性均符合《GB/T19634-2005.体外诊断检验系统自测系统自测用血糖监测系统通用技术条件》的要求。结论几种快速血糖仪尽管都符合国家标准要求,但与大型全自动生化分析仪仍有一定差距。快速血糖仪仅可用于血糖监控,不能用作诊断指标。在选择快速血糖仪时,应对其进行性能评价。

Objective To compare the main analytical ability of several types of rapid-testing-glucometers.Methods Samples with both high and low concentrations were taken for testing repeatability in fast blood glucometers and biochemical analyzer for evaluation of their deviation.Results Their repeatability and veracity are all in consistent with the requirement of GB/T 19634-2005 in vitro diagnostic test system-general technical requirements for blood-glucose monitoring.Conclusion Rapid-testing-glucometers can be used for monitoring the level of blood-glucose.When we select rapid-testing-glucometer,we should focus on their analytical ability.
