扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症

Treatment of children snore by tonsillectomy combined with nasal endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy

目的探讨扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效。方法对我院住院的65例扁桃体肥大合并腺样体肥大的小儿鼾症患者,采用扁桃体摘除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术治疗,观察其治疗临床治疗效果。结果术后3个月,所有患者睡眠呼吸暂停现象均消失,临床治愈率高达98.5%,有效率高达100%。治疗后其它伴随症状也得到很大的改善,36例副鼻窦炎患者中的25例治愈,其余的11位患儿得到了不同程度的改善;19例分泌性中耳炎中的15例治愈,其余4例得到不同程度的改善。结论扁桃体切除联合鼻内窥镜下腺样体切除术对儿童鼾症具有良好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treatment of tonsillectomy combined with endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy upon children snore.Methods Sixty-five patients diagnosed with children snore,induced by tonsil hypertrophy in combination with adenoidal hypertrophy,were hospitalized in our department.All subjects underwent treatment of tonsillectomy combined with adenoidectomy under nasal endoscopy.Clinical treatment efficacy was observed.Results Three months following surgery,sleep apnea syndrome disappeared in all cases.The recovery rate was 98.5% in clinics,and the effective rate was 100%.Following treatment,other accompanied symptoms were significantly improved.Among 36 children with sinusitis,25 cases were fully recovered,and the remaining 11 cases were improved to varying degree.Fifteen of 19 cases with secretory otitis media were cured,and the remaining 4 cases were alleviated to varying degree.Conclusion The combined treatment of tonsillectomy and endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy presented excellent efficacy upon children snore,and it deserves widespread application in clinics.
